All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 working days. Once shipped, all Dutch orders are aimed to be delivered within 3-5 working days. Orders for Europe will be delivered within 5-10 working days. Once your items ship, you will receive tracking information to follow your order. 

All items are shipped from the Netherlands with tracking information, so you can closely follow your order.

At the moment we only ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Australia and UAE. If you would like to order from another country, please get in touch via info@juajune.com and we can see if we are able to help.

Please note that we are not responsible for import costs or additional taxes as this is out of our control. These costs are the customer's responsibility.
