Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us via info@juajune.com as soon as possible. If your order has been processed already, we cannot intervene and you will have to return your items.

Can I follow my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and once shipped we will provide tracking information.

Shipping

Which countries do you ship to?

At the moment we are shipping to the UK and EU. If you would like to place an order and ship it to a country outside of the EU, please get in touch with us via info@juajune.com so we can see if we are able to help.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped it will take between 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered in the Netherlands, and 5-10 working days in the EU. We will provide tracking information so you can follow your order.

What are the shipping costs?

Returns

Can I return my items?
