Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item you have bought, please contact info@juajune.com for a returns form.

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your items must be new, unused and in the same condition as you received it. All items must be in the original packaging, with labels, hygiene liners and tags attached. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Returns that not match our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

Items bought in the sale are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of any refunds or exchanged items.

When the return has been processed and accepted, the purchase price will be refunded into your account within 14 days. Shipping costs are non refundable.
